Speaker and microphone are horrible quality. WiFi and UMA calling is unstable and requires a battery pull a few times a week. The phone will not respond 60 percent of the time when there is an in-bound call (preventing you from answering when the phone is in stand-by).My old Blackberry Curve had excellent sound, never missed a call, actually had faster web browsing and outstanding email abilities (of course, as they are known for). I would have bought a Blackberry Bold instead. However, the Bold did not have WiFi calling available at the time which is a must when you are in a cellular dead-zone. About the only thing this phone is good for is "apps". If you want a hand-held gaming module or something to run your apps then this might be the device for you.
